Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ButcherBox stew meat
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, and add the carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
