Bisquick Drop Biscuits Ingredients

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
4. Add the beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
5. While the stew is simmering, prepare the Bisquick drop biscuits. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix and milk until a soft dough forms.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet and bake according to Bisquick package instructions.
7. Serve the stew hot with the freshly baked Bisquick drop biscuits.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn to the stew.
