Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into cubes
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Add the carrots and potatoes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently.
