Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into strips
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add steak strips and cook until browned.
  • Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until stew thickens.
  • Season with black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
