Cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add steak strips and cook until browned.
Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until stew thickens.
Season with black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
