Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add pork chunks and brown on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
Add diced turnips, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Great served with crusty bread.
