Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the pork cubes and brown on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes until pork is tender.

Notes:

Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
