Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Taro leaves washed and chopped
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, add the taro leaves and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 60 minutes until the leaves are tender.
  • 3. Add the coconut milk and salt. Stir well.
  • 4. Simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes:

Make sure to use fresh taro leaves for the best flavor.
