Instructions:
1. In a large pot, add the taro leaves and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 60 minutes until the leaves are tender.
3. Add the coconut milk and salt. Stir well.
4. Simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes:
Make sure to use fresh taro leaves for the best flavor.
