Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Mississippi Pot Roast Meat
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place the Mississippi Pot Roast meat in the slow cooker.
  • 2. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, and onions.
  • 3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a thicker stew, you can add a slurry of cornstarch and water during the last hour of cooking.
