Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  • 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes for extra heartiness.
