Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes for extra heartiness.
