Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the pork cubes and brown on all sides.
4. Pour in the red chili sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, ground cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
6. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
Notes:
For a spicier stew, add more chili sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
