Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Welk cleaned
  • 500 g Periwinkle cleaned
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 400 g Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 cup Fish Stock
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the white wine and fish stock, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cleaned welk and periwinkle, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Cover the pot and let it cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes:

Make sure to clean the welk and periwinkle thoroughly before cooking.
