Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Onions chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, sliced carrots, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 5. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes:

This medieval beef stew is perfect for a cozy night in. Serve with crusty bread.
