Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
5. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary. Serve hot.
