Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
3. Add the diced carrots and potatoes, and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked lentils, vegetable broth, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
