Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
2. Add venison chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Remove venison and set aside.
4. In the same pot, add diced onion and cook until translucent.
5. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
6. Return venison to the pot and add beef broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until venison is tender.
Notes:
Serve with rice or tortillas for a complete meal.
