Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 3 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes, simmer for another hour or until vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
