Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage sliced
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Pasta small shapes
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in the pasta and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
