Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add cubed lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in ground cumin, coriander, and turmeric.
Add chickpeas, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve with rice or flatbread.
