Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until golden.
3. Add cubed meat and brown on all sides.
4. Stir in cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
5. Add carrots, potatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.
