Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef or lamb, cubed
  • 2 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until golden.
  • 3. Add cubed meat and brown on all sides.
  • 4. Stir in cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Add carrots, potatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Serve hot with rice or bread.
