Beef stew meat
cut into cubes

Corn
fresh or frozen

Green beans
cut into 1-inch pieces

Tomatoes
diced

Onion
chopped

Beef broth

Garlic
minced

Black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
5. Add the corn, green beans, and tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cold day and can be served with cornbread.
