Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Corn fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
  • 5. Add the corn, green beans, and tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • 6. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day and can be served with cornbread.
