Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the steak and sausage, cooking until browned.
2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
