Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cubed
  • 1 lb Sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 2 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 2 pcs Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 pc Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the steak and sausage, cooking until browned.
  • 2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for cold days and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
