Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add antelope meat and brown on all sides.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
Add carrots, potatoes, celery, and diced tomatoes.
Stir in thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
