Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth, diced potatoes, and sliced carrots. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the frozen peas, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
