Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, diced potatoes, and sliced carrots. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Add the frozen peas, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
