Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in turmeric, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
Add diced tomatoes and beef broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add okra and cook for another 15 minutes until tender.
Notes:
Serve with rice or bread.
