Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wagyu beef, cubed
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  • 2. Add Wagyu beef and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
  • 5. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Return the beef to the pot. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a thicker stew, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with a bit of water and stir into the stew during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
