Wagyu beef, cubed

Beef broth

Garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
2. Add Wagyu beef and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
5. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Return the beef to the pot. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a thicker stew, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with a bit of water and stir into the stew during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
