Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onions, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  • 3. Add chopped celery and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Pour in vegetable broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot.

This stew is even better the next day!
