Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add chopped celery and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in vegetable broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
