Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 5. Return chicken to the pot. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
