Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onions and cook until soft.
  • Stir in bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and garlic, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Serve hot with fresh bread.
