Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
Add the cubed pork and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the paprika, making sure the meat is well coated.
Add the water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 90 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
Serve hot with a side of potatoes or bread.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a dollop of sour cream before serving.
