Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew tastes even better the next day!
