Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Country-style ribs
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Brown the country-style ribs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Stir well.
  • 5. Return the ribs to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
