mixed fish fillets
cut into chunks

garlic

canned tomatoes

white wine

fish stock

parsley

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add the fish stock, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add the fish chunks and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread or polenta.
