Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the sliced carrots, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or peas.
