Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, then add the carrots, potatoes, and ground cinnamon.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
