Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Jerk seasoning
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add pork chunks and brown on all sides.
  • 4. Stir in jerk seasoning, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Pour in chicken broth and coconut milk, bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours or until pork is tender.
  • 7. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Notes:

Adjust the jerk seasoning to your spice preference.
