Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Turn on the electric stew pot and set it to sauté mode.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  • 6. Close the lid and set the pot to stew mode. Cook for 60 minutes.
  • 7. Once done, release the pressure and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
