Instructions:
1. Turn on the electric stew pot and set it to sauté mode.
2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the carrots, potatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
6. Close the lid and set the pot to stew mode. Cook for 60 minutes.
7. Once done, release the pressure and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
