Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb, cubed
  • 2 Potatoes, diced
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 400 g Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Water or Broth
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the lamb and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Pour in the water or broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
