Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cow skin cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Clean and cut the cow skin into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. In a large pot, add the cow skin and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Drain the cow skin and set aside.
  • 4. In the same pot, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  • 5. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  • 6. Add the cow skin back to the pot along with the beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 7. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour or until the cow skin is tender.
  • 8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add some chopped vegetables like carrots and bell peppers.
