Cow skin
cleaned and cut into pieces

Beef broth

Water
Instructions:
1. Clean and cut the cow skin into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large pot, add the cow skin and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Drain the cow skin and set aside.
4. In the same pot, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
6. Add the cow skin back to the pot along with the beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
7. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour or until the cow skin is tender.
8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add some chopped vegetables like carrots and bell peppers.
