Fish fillets (salmon or white fish)
cut into chunks

Fish stock

Heavy cream

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is just done, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is best enjoyed with some crusty bread on the side.
