Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels, fish)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 handful Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they start to break down, about 5 minutes.
  • 5. Pour in the fish stock and white wine, bring to a boil.
  • 6. Add the mixed seafood, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
