Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
4. Add the diced potatoes, corn, and lima beans. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew tastes even better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
