Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Corn kernels frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Lima beans frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  • 4. Add the diced potatoes, corn, and lima beans. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew tastes even better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
