Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Skirt Steak cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  • 3. Add skirt steak chunks, cook until browned on all sides.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, add carrots and potatoes.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
