In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove meatballs and set aside.
In the same pot, add diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, dried thyme, and dried basil to the pot. Bring to a boil.
Return meatballs to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
