Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and pork, and cook until browned.
Add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the potatoes, carrots, leek, and cabbage. Stir to combine.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
