Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat cubed
  • 1 lb pork stew meat cubed
  • 1 lb potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 leek sliced
  • 1 small cabbage chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and pork, and cook until browned.
  • Add the onion and cook until softened.
  • Add the potatoes, carrots, leek, and cabbage. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
