Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the pork chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in the cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and tomato sauce, and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
7. Stir in the lime juice just before serving.
Notes:
Serve with rice or warm tortillas.
