Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 weiners sliced
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add the diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add the sliced weiners and peas. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
