garlic, minced

berbere spice mix

tomatoes, chopped

bell peppers, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the cubed meat and cook until browned on all sides.
5. Stir in the berbere spice mix, salt, and black pepper.
6. Add the chopped tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the meat is fully cooked.
7. Serve hot with injera or rice.
Notes:
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less berbere spice mix.
