Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, and potatoes to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
