lamb shoulder, cut into chunks

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add lamb and brown on all sides.
Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. Cook for another minute.
Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, and chickpeas. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until lamb is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
