Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, ground coriander, ground fenugreek, and paprika.
5. Add the soaked kidney beans and water. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the beans are tender.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Stir in the chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes:
Serve with fresh bread or rice.
