Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Horse meat cut into cubes
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 L Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the horse meat cubes and brown on all sides.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
